Deposits & Cancellation
For advance bookings you may secure a room on your credit/debit card. When we have received your card details (we will not debit your card for a deposit unless your booking is more than 60 days ahead. Deposits start at £50) your room will be reserved and you will have entered into a legal contract to complete your booking.
In the event of cancellation by yourself, for whatever reason, after your confirmation email has been sent, there will be a £25 administration charge along with a percentage of the total booking value shown in the table below. The total amount charged will not exceed the value of the booking.

For long term bookings, more than 60 days ahead of booking date, the full amount of the booking is required if cancelled with 6 weeks of your intended stay. In these cases the room is likely to get re-let at least part of the booking.
*Charge does not apply if the room can be re-let for the same amount. We will endevour to recoup most if not all of the cost by re-letting the room. The more notice given the easier this is.
Check-In Times
We normally require guests to check in between 4pm and 6pm on their arrival date.
We politely request that guests check out by 10:30am on the day of departure
Early check-in from 12 midday - 4pm is available for an extra £10
Late check-in after 7pm is available for an extra £10
Late check-out from 11am - 2pm is available for an extra £10
