Deposits & Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by yourself, for whatever reason, there will be a £25 administration charge. If cancellation is at short notice a percentage of the total booking value shown in the table below. 

The total amount charged will not exceed the value of the booking.

Of course we will do our very best to re-let the accommodation which will reduce your liability to just the £25 or by the amount we can re-let the room for at short notice less extra expense that may be  incurred.

In the unlikely event it becomes necessary for US to cancel your Booking due to circumstances beyond our control - we will refund ALL monies paid to us, by you.  No other compensation will be payable.

Travel Insurance is not something we think of when traveling around the UK but trust us you'll be amazed at how many people have to cancel their trip due to circumstance they have absolutely no control over.

We strongly urge you to cover yourself . . . Just in case

For long term bookings, more than 60 days ahead of booking date, the full amount of the booking is required if cancelled with 6 weeks of your intended stay. In these cases the room is likely to get re-let at least part of the booking.

*Charge does not apply if the room can be re-let for the same amount. We will endevour to recoup most if not all of the cost by re-letting the room. The more notice given the easier this is.

Check-In Times

Check In is usually between 4 and 6pm. Check In until 9pm is available by appointment. After 9pm we charge £10 extra on your booking.

Early check-in from 12 midday - 4pm is available for an extra £10
We are not usually at the property until 4pm so if you require an Early Check In please let us know.

Late check-out from 10:30am - 1pm is also available for an extra £10

We politely request that guests check out by 10:30am on the day of departure
 
For all Goodwood motoring events we charge a £150 non-refundable deposit. This is because many people book local accommodation, just in case, they decide to come. We find this non refundable deposits deter time wasters freeing our rooms for serious petrol heads.

We also require the full amount to be paid in full eight weeks prior to the event. If you need to cancel after this eight week deadline we will re-let the room and refund your money less any losses and or agency or advertising fee. We will endevour to keep this to a minimum.
